playing with lace

One Sunday, I had ideas running through my head.  It should have been dresses after the comments from Saturday night but it was actually about lingerie.  We have been watching the Miss Fisher mysteries out of Australia, set in the 1920's.  Her clothes are wonderful.  I had a nightgown or nightgowns running through my head that played on that theme.

This is what I came up with.  There will not be pictures of me in this because it is sheer.  But it makes me feel elegantly 1920's.  It is a little long and could be softer but not to matter.

I love it.  I have another piece of lace I am going to try something similar with.  And there will be a kimono style robe.
